Main award still 50k but someone else has added an additional 10k

Original suspects have spoken out about how violated they feel..Can see a big compo claim coming here..also initially it was information from various sources,  now turns out to be just 1 individual.. wonder who that might be going from other reports..

Actually by Conservative peer Lord Ashcroft, unless he is associated with the Airport.  and the 50k I believe is by Gatwick Airport, not the Police. They will need their ( Our ) money to pay for Compo..

195 billion pixel image
« Reply #1455 on: December 28, 2018, 09:09:41 pm »

Not news but....

You have to see this 195 billion pixel image shot from Shanghai’s Oriental Pearl Tower  -  http://sh-meet.bigpixel.cn/?from=groupmessage&isappinstalled=0

Massive multi-gigapixel images are starting to become a little more common now, with today’s computing power being what it is. But they still rarely fail to impress. Especially when they cover vast distances and include a lot of detail to zoom in on. This massive 195-Gigapixel image comes from Shanghai, shot from the top of Shanghai’s Oriental Pearl Tower.

The huge image was created by Jingkun Technology, otherwise known as Bigpixel Studio. The image were shot during 2015, and the whole thing took two months of processing power to create. They say on their website (Google translated)…

'In the early days of the creation, the BigPixel team decided to make new challenges. Break the previous tens of billions of pixels and challenge 100 billion pixels. The difficulty is very large. The previous stitching technology can’t be applied to hundreds of billions of picture stitching. More pairs of images and larger data processing, as well as network deployment and loading are new challenges. In the face of challenges, we are full of fighting spirit, one by one, in the 230 meters of the Oriental Pearl, two months of data processing, successfully created the world’s third largest map, Asia’s largest map. It also marks us as the world’s top creative video production team.'

"Drone companies have said that technology such ID radio scanning could be deployed by airports in as little as three months in order to combat the rising number of rogue operators disrupting UK flight paths"

We currently have the technology to selectively eliminate [by stelf] any inbound airborne target over any Allied military facility today....and yet Boffins state it will be 3 months prior to have this facility at domestic facilities  <*<

Potential availability does not equate to in service deployment just as warships are often fitted for and not with unfortunately.

What a brilliant idea.......why take any Governmental action?.......[just close your doors, pull the window blinds] & hope they go away

1. Just wait the 3 months for the manufactures to provide the software detail of the original registered user of such RC drone
2. From this you could send on the spot fines for any airspace infringement
3. Should the registered owner have sold the RC drone to some bloke at a Pub, well this would then be a fine unproven and no conviction recorded

So if this Plan were adopted, and any similar airspace incident similar to that recently identified at Gatwick, you could blame any such delay as awaiting technical support from the blokes at the shop front of the local HOBBY-KING depot  {-)

This scenario has undertones of a similar chain of events that has led to the ownership of the daily control of the Port of Darwin in Australia, being that of the other blokes from the Head Office of HOBBY-KING O0

Yes...reading the simple text......"the ship has sailed into Southampton" then posting that image below was a little misleading

Clearly there were a number of groups of people on board, however the lifeboat deck is devoid of lifeboats.......so the image could have been from the Builders Yards [waters with the assistance of 5+ tugs......so could have also been a cold move]
