Small passenger vessel.

Hello!
This is a model of m/s Sologa that I started to build in -91, and she ain't finished yet!
The original was built in -78 together with her sister "Vindoga", they go by the nickname "the boxes". Rumour says that it was the designers son that wanted the funnel to be that big. The model was built plank on frame using original plans, the funnel was made out of a flashlight. I still wonder how I managed to build the crane as it's soldered in brass and I'm no good at that.
She's been on the shelf for 5-6 years and I wanted to bring her back to life again. One funny thing that I've mentioned before is that I sailed her as a model a few years before I worked on her as captain.
All the best!

 Nice one Hama

Thanks Martin!
Just to prove I didn't make up the design myself, some pictures of the real thing. In my thread "Follow me" in Real ships section there are some pictures of how they look today after some modifications some years ago.
All the best!
