help to id mfa motor

hi, i have just rescued my old perkasa's, in one theres a pair of unused mfa motors. no sizes on them, can dia is 40mm. length 60 mm and shaft is 5 mm, considerably bigger than a std 540. any info be handy inc its max voltage as i ideally want to use in the perk im going to finish off, thanks in advance

Sounds like the old RE750 motors. they were the same size as Graupner 700s, however I cannot find any specs for them. They were fairly ampy motors though. I would probably stay below 9.6v with those, although the old gray matter is failing me on their specifics.

hi ,yep your right. como/ mfa confirmed it for me, , so issue now is to locate a third to get into a 1/24 perkasa that has triple shafts,or if not the same something comparable
