I went down to Portsmouth yesterday, what a great day out

when we went down to Pompey last year we just didn't have the time to visit the Tower - after seeing those photos

Martin,

If you put the shots taken from the Tower through the colour correction facility of Photoshop or a similar program it will remove the colour cast caused by the tinted glass.

Great photos, Martin :-))...I love the mini boats O0.

I was only ever in Portsmouth once, way back in 1993, long before planning for the Spinnaker Tower had even commenced. We did go to the dockyard, though, and on board HMS Victory as well as seeing the Mary Rose. Good memories.

Good photos Martin, but sad........I remember those harbour wall 2 deep in Grey Funnel Line Ships,Minesweepers and Hunters at HMS Vernon and Black Cigars across the Harbour at HMS Dolphin.
