Hi.
What size props do you recommend for pair of 850kv inrunner 540L motors fitted to a planing hull running on 11.4 volt LiPo's ?
I intend to use a handed pair and separate speed controllers.
I will be using 3 blade brass props.

Have you got a Link to those motors? they have a nice low Kv, unusual for an in-runner.

A 40--45 mm prop maybe a 50 if you could measure amp draw. Raboesch recommend 10000 RPM max. for a 35 and 8800 RPM for a 40 mm, I haven't had a problem over revving them  though.

Well there you go
I've  seen them before but did not see this low Kv one. This has a lot more power than a brushed 540.
