Can we all vote for pay and expenses packages like MPs. 
A few months real living on a run down estate and low pay and that will lower their sex appeal.

Parliamentary service should be like Jury Duty. You get picked for it, and there are no back-outs except for convicted criminals and the insane.

Doing it this way would mean
a) we know we are going to get rogues and villains - so it can be leigislated against.
b) as they are on a service all MP would get accomadation as part of their remuneration - no more iffing and butting about which house is their primary.
c) they would not be able to change their terms and conditions except with the permission fo a referendum
d) anyone volunteering to do this duty would get shot on sight as untrustworthy.

Well, up until this enlightening interview I would from personal experience definitively have said that model boating certainly does not raise one's sexual allure to the ladies.

The advice that's been handed down over the centuries is that you take many cold baths.

And now at last I know the reason.
I either should have sealed the shafts better and/or should have made my models a little bit less top-heavy.
This would have saved me from too many cold baths in the model pond that must have lulled my sexual drive in the past.

Hi all, Having just seen this thread and looked at the BBC article, this guy has got it wrong, he looks as though his personal 'magnet'  de-fluxed quite a while back.

May I suggest that it is simply an attraction to the power / influence that someone has, which then reflects on the lady (or man)  in question.

But if he wants to kid himself it is sexual attraction, I can only say don't give up the day job!
