Thanks Guys, sound what I'm looking for. I can buy a reasonably large 6v battery in the bottom and run everything off that. It's a bit of a second string project but quite interesting in its way!

Wot spelling mishtake? Big problem is in choosing between Laphroaig and Jameson's.

Reckon I'll need three controllers - one for each motor and one for the bow thruster. Anyway, it's back to the 1:1 scale boat tomorrow for some heavy duty GRP work.
