It sounds to me as if   PostImage is being stopped by peoples computers due to their anti virus not allowing it. 

if you go to ------------   http://www.postimage.org/

you may be able to change your permissions on your computer and all future postings will be 'let through'

Don't quite get that.
The link is for uploading of images.
Couldn't see anything at the link about changing permissions but I am not really computer savvy
