why tub      tug and sub merged = 2words  1:tub  2:sug       you may have noticed no1 is a word but not number two so tub it was   and when it wasnt rc i played with it in the tub and always capsized it

just walked the dog to the model shop.... or the dog walked me to the model shop    and brought the best 2 part epoxy available on the market   mister sticky's superglue         due to funding cuts from mum im having to pay for this all myself so the build will be slowed down even more by that fact  ...... but in the end we should get one hell of a model

i tell you what fella not many parents would fund a hobby that gets as expensive as this you know. You should count yourself lucky in some respects as money as it is now is so tight parents can barely afford to feed their kids.

You wont see it but her cutting your funding will give you the strength in time to stand on your own feet as a man  :-)) its all good

i totaly get what your saying my mums been brilliant spent 100 of pounds that she cant really afford it just came to a shock to me that when i first started paying for it myself (daybefore yesterday) i had 20 pounds in my account and yesterday afternoon found out i only have 4 ponds in my account ..... i never realised quite how not far 20 pounds gives you in this hobby.

all the club members think shes a angel  for helping me as far as this and still she will help me by sometimes getting up as early as 6 o'clock to take me to displays  and pays 50 p a week  so i can go to club house   witch yearly is almost double are membership (though my dad pays membership) and to add to the list of how amazing she is shes always got my back some of the members have tried to make it increasingly harder for me to be a member and she has told are whats the word....cool....amazing....gallent.... good yer lets go withgood chairman and thats mainly gone away as far as i know           so thank you mum         if you have bothered to read all this ... thank you

you can do quite a fair amount with 20 quid, you just have to "make do" in some cases, it is possible to build a farely decent boat for just 50 quid. especially if you make as much as possible and use parts and materials you can salvage. Not all of us modellers are rich like a lot of these guys built we still do it.  :-))

KK Give your Mum A hug and a kiss and let her know every day she's appreciated.
At the end of the day you only have one Mum.
