MFA Supression

Hi, can any one tell me if the MFA 850 motor needs supressing ? If the answer is yes what capacitors do I need to use ? Thanks in advance. Alan

Yes. All DC motors should be suppressed... and from what I hear, especially MFA motors!

go on actions website and buy a motor suppression kit job done  :-))

How convenient - a cue for a new product! Three big fat suppressors for big fat motors - still just a quid a packet.

Thanks Colin, it's just that most of the forums I'm a member of have the facility to search the sub forums
and when I tried to on here I only got the page I was on. I don't know how to explain it LoL. I know nothing about
electrics and a lot of advice goes over my head so I need it in laymans terms. thanks for the link.Alan
