Hello all
           Can anyone suggest a compact,10 amp esc with bec ,i can't think of one with bec in Britain

Hi David,
why not try a mtronic viper 15amp.
I know that it is overpowered but check the diamensions of the esc.
they are very reliable, take various battery voltages, easy to set up and (the best bit) approx £20

I agree with the Viped controller, but still fuse protect.
