Cammett US Watertight Doors 1/72
« on: September 18, 2011, 11:05:06 am »

For various reasons I am trying to sort out exactly how to use this PE set from Cammett - Set number 72005.

I have been looking to see if there any tutorials or instructions on the net for them but Cammett's website is undergoing a change and there is nothing there.

Can anyone help? I need to know what bits go where for each set of doors. They look fairly straight forward but how many of history's great disasters started with that thought?

Any help or scorn appreciated.

@Andy - sorry the frame was bought independent of a kit and there are two or three different types, but you're right googling watertight doors seems to be the way forward. I'll also ring Cammett's.

Didn't get a chance to take another photo, stuff to do around the house.

Hi Steve,

Hope you don't mind me breaking in here but we are trying to get ALL members to update their Profiles

Members are requested to give a brief indication of their location as this often allows Members nearby to help each other and can also assist when recommending clubs or suppliers.

Thank you

Ken

Hi Kenny - location is updated.

As for the other things - you don't need a picture of me - there's enough pain and suffering in the world. And age -well my knees remind me of that everyday so leave that one alone.

All sorted now, Mr Carpenter sent me a note with the whot-nots on it.

So will put these in place on my LCT Mk5 this weekend.
