The French company Mach 2 make the LCT mk6 and the LCA in 1/72nd scale -

Dragon make a 1/72nd scale LCM3

Airfix make a 1/76th scale LCM3

Resin Kits -
Accurate Armour make LCI and 2 or 3 LCT versions waterline models in 1/72nd scale.

Airfix also do a LCVP - in full hull version - but it's not available at the moment.

Traplet do plans for a LCT Mk5 in 1/72.
