Standing at a "safe distance" behind a reinforced concrete wall 3 miles away, wearing hard hats, safety goggles, oil/acid/sweat resistant boots, steel mesh gloves, padded jockstraps, full hi-viz and ID badges with their photos on. ;-)

Obviously a government job, one working, ten watching. Years ago we used to say if you looked out of an aeroplane & it was moving it was a crow, stationery it was a council worker. Can you imagine paying the wages for that lot in the photo, Mick B.
