Cleaning my 1:96th HMS Bristol

Where she has not been used during winter months she has collected a gathering of dust. What would be the best way to clean her. I eventually want to get a perspex case for her but cannot afford it yet

If it is just dry dust I use a Blusher make up brush on mine.
Large very soft bristles.
Around fine detail I use a photographic lens cleaner type "puffer" to gently blow the dust away from very fine detail.
