No main boom TJ but the sprit could take a bit of the slack up
and a bit of a breeze in the sails would show the barge looking good.

        for replies just got to sought rigging out now , there is motor in my model so trial and error time when the weather gets better,
           sailing solo now ,  at bath park to much milage to sail at clevendon,  thanks for help........LARRY...

Larry - the sails look fine.  As  people have said it is the hanging of them that makes them look a bit sub-optimal.  

However with the wind in them and a little adjustment they will be and look, great
