I just finished building the Dumas 1/8 scale Miss Circus Circus. I installed a .91 K&B engine in the boat, How do you start the motor? I put a small V belt around the motors flywheel which has to stay in the boat but my 12 volt starter motor that I use on my 3.5 outboard won't turn the engine over,

Hi DanM, try slackening off the glow plug a bit to reduce the compression start the engine in the normal way and tighten the plug up when the engine fires... We had the same problem with my brothers Aeromarine Sprintcat with an OPS 90 engine and doing this worked a treat...

ye slaken the plug should fire no probs another thing i fhte engines still to toght is to worm the head with a minny blow torch befor trying to tern it over
