Hi Bill.
I have started to build Revenge 38, fitted motor,  rudder,  deck and windows and now looking for some photos to decide wether to build it as a commercial fishing boat or an angling charter boat.
Hoping someone comes up with suggestions.

Regards Randy

Hi Randy
Any pics would be a help.
I am going for the angling charter boat. The Idea is that it breaks down and my Arun Lifeboats comes to it's aid. (yes it's all been done before but Ha ho)
I'm going to have to short out a motor set up for it. I'm thinking of a 980 bruhless setup in it but I also have a car fan motor to hand which is slow and very low current draw. I'm not sure what to do yet. I hope to get the boat from Andy at Warwick MBS then I can start. The one thing I am certain of is I'm not going to put a IC engine in this boat so all you boaters who hate IC can rest easy. ( Ive put a Honda engine in my Arun and i have in the past put a 2 stroke in a springer tug)

I poped in to see Mark & Andy at MMB South Wales today and picked up a 900 motor and coupling. Ordered my esc and can't wait for Warwick MBS to pick up the hull, then i can get going on the build.
I could use some photo's of the boat if anyone has some. :-))

I'll be watching how you go with this as I've been looking at their hulls and they are very tempting and I really like this model. I usually work in wood so it would be a change to have a go at GRP.... lots of photos please !  :-))

Hi Bill
Due to I'll health I've been out of action since November unable to do any work on my boats, got as far as glueing the windows and frames to th cabin in my revenge but when I went in the garage the other day some of the frames were off and the rest came of quite easily.
Used styrene cement , is this the best to glue styrene window frame to a acetate window then glue the acetate to the fibreglass cabin ,tried superglue but this misted the window, any suggestions what would be better.
Will take some pics when I get the windows fitted and post them.
Regards Randy
