hi all the club members should get a back bone and fight to have the artifacts replaced if that is what the majority want after all it is there for your enjoyment and who wants to sail round in a circle all day much better to try and ram something every now and then. if you can not control your boat then should you really be putting it on the water risking other peoples pride and joy

Why not go to the system they had when cars first appeared, someone to walk in front with a red flag. All we need to do is find individuals who can actually walk on water. Not those who think they can, I am sure you all know someone like that,  %% %% %%

well !!! it's obvious that the local councillors think they can, so club members may want to suggest they try or get their feet wet and prove their fallibility, {-) {-) {-) {-) {-)

Definately a hazzard.  >>:-(
I had one attack and sink my Sea Commander in Barnes Pond when they were hatching eggs.  It just sat on top of it when it ran out of fuel. <:(

A swan that ran out of fuel, how odd.  %)

It's probably not a decision made by a councilor, more likely some one in "parks & gardens".
A word with local councilors might be the best route to get the light house reinstated.

Conversely, has anyone from the club challenged it?

If not, why would the council bother reconsidering it?! They're certainly not going to waste any time or effort considering it.

Hi All, On this matter i would just like to say that i have been in contact  with the council for over a week now and we are both working together in sorting this issue out.
The council have said they are like the rest of us and want to see people down at the lake enjoying themselves. So for the time being all i can say is things are going very well and we are all happy. :-)) :-)) :-))

Regards Dave.
