Hi everyone

I'm Richard Hallett located in Wolverhampton...Just retired and have ideas about stating off scratch boat building where I left off. That was about 1970!!!!

I see things have changed a bit and my first project is to build an up scaled version of the MTB that Vic Smeed designed and it should finish up at 48" or thereabouts!

The last one I did was this, as the plan size and bits of it have survived and are scattered about the house, shed, garage and the local tip!!  :D  So...i shall be looking to the experts for motor, prop etc etc.

I would be interested of any clubs etc

Best regards

Richard

Welcome aboard Richard, not too far from me up in Stoke-on-Trent. Plenty of useful advice and helpful folk on here. The International Model Boat Shows near Warwick/Leamington Spa is coming up in November, might be worth going and having a look? Chasewater MBC not too far away (gregk9 on here is secretary for them) or Telford MBC, we're only up the M6 in Potteries MBC, Dave.  :-))
