« on: October 25, 2011, 02:09:08 pm »

Last night, I had,for the first time, a fresh Tuna steak,....it,looked great, was cooked perfectly,I enjoyed it very much,......my only concern afterwards, was that I thought I,d just eaten a Pork steak????...this piece of "fish, looked like pork,it had the same colour as a piece of pork loin, it cut like meat,....but its a fish, but with no fish smell, %%

Wullie, if you'd like to have a fish steak that tastes of beef, then try Marlin. BY.

Calamari!! We used to call them Cuttlefish and buy them from the Bait Shop to use as bait for Cod when we went fishing! That was  when you could still catch cod from from Dungeness Beach.Never occured to us to eat them ourselves!!
