Dear Ned,

I don't think 'much more than his quota' covers this evidence do you?... if that vessels insurers saw her behaviour I have a feeling they would have something to say about it?! If I was insurering that vessel I certainly would not be very happy!!! - it is somewhat frightening to say the least!
