how many are planning on camping ?- as its extra bank holdiay for the weekend do we need to book camping extra early i wonder ?

will we need a bigger field with everyone north of the border heading south..... oh boy can you imagine the hangover next morning, big bri and gang were very 'hospitable' last year !!!

Id love to join you ,but her indoors has only signed me pass for Friday /sat night, and she may well turn up with our Grandson to check up on me Sat.

The guys from last year are going to invade again Guy, camping as usual, we`re planning Friday, Sat and Sun, leaving Monday morning.
A nice bottle of malt will be heading south for you all to sample (in company with various other bottles of course

)

At least there is one good thing for any one straight running or just likes wading in to the lake like SteamboatPhil and Stavros (they won't get their dresses dirty this year), there is no mud to fight through this year!
We have just dug out approx 60-100 tons of mud from the lake

The really stinky kind that only gardeners would want to use as fertilizer!

Hopefully if everyone does a rain dance for the next month the lake will be filled to the brim, just don't forget to stop though, it would be nice to have a sunny Mayhem again (even if its only for one day out of the two!)

Thanks Nick for all your hard work and I'm sure WPMBC helped to get the job done. Thats alot of mud to get out of that pond !!

Ok, you have taken out 60-100 tonnes of muck, I assume this will make the lake deeper.
