Enzo Ferrari Hydroplane kit?
« on: November 16, 2011, 04:16:12 pm »

The next year I will "be retired" so SWMBO give me some directions about the new free time, She want that I have to :D build the Enzo Ferrari Hydroplane, but it is very expensive here in México, so I have to ask to everyone if somebody know about this kit in an Hobbyshop that maybe is less expensive, Thank You very much for your kind advice.

Hello Martin, thanks
It will no too expensive, here at México it cost about 700.00 US dollar, maybe from a Hobbyshop could be more cheaper

and in Europe it's around $500 but you would need to add shipment and probably import duties... For example http://www.cornwallmodelboats.co.uk/acatalog/amati_arno.html

Best place to start looking for plans but not free is Newtone Marine, started by the late great Roger Newton who built both real and scale model Thunderboats. His son now runs the buisness and all the old plans are still available to buy,you might find exactly what your looking for or at least something close.

How about the zippkits kits ? not scale but can be made to look scale with some imagination. They go together easy and best of all they run very very fast unlike the scale ones.
