Well,it's been a while since I posted anything up about the wee Midas,so I thought that I'd let you know about todays outing.
The 6th Annual Scottish tug-towing Champs were on today at Glasgow Richmond MBC and I thought for a laugh that I'd try out this solo-tow game. The tows are selected based upon the size of the model, which in my case was a barge, that had to be maneuvered around a rather tricky in places course. Now,as most of you are aware, this boat doesn't have what one would normally consider as having the best drivetrain for doing this sort of work. Anyway,to cut a long story short, after completing the course,I found out that I had scored 93/100,not too bad for my first ever go at this is it?
Pics to follow.
