REQUEST FOR HELP
« on: January 06, 2008, 06:58:31 am »

I am making a small model aircraft to decorate a birthday cake. My father-in-law will be 90 next month. He flew with the Fleet Air Arm (I do not know if there is any difference from the Air Force). I need some roundels. All I need is a reasonably clear picture which I can download and manipulate. I have Goggled with little success.

Can someone help, please.

A lot depends on when he flew and what he flew but this is a good start:

Roger,

Have a look at the Fleet Air Arm Museum website. There may be some photos on there that will do.

TUBBY no PM as yet (08:00 Monday).

Thanks guys for your suggestions I am following them up but, to date, the available photos. do not reproduce well. I will try again and possibly experiment with some shapes from a photo, software programme.
