Last Chance to Save a Lot of Money - £11,000?
« on: December 07, 2011, 10:26:12 pm »

Hi Peeps

If you (family/friend) have ever thought about doing a degree or other qualification with the Open University then you need to start/enrol for next year very soon.

Prices are set to rocket ....................... but if you have begun  your course of study before certain dates then all your modules year by year will be at similar prices to today!!!!!

My honours degree cost me about £4000 over the years and you need 360 points ............................. I heard that soon 60 points will be about £2,500 so that's £15000 in all

IF I AM CORRECT (about cost) YOU CAN SAVE ABOUT £11000 BY GETTING IN TOUCH WITH THE OU NOW

Regards Dave BA (Hons) Lit (Open)  O0 ................................first time I have ever used the letters - you could do that too and save loads of cash.  :-))

Only way to get one for a guy like me. Sadly that will be not so cheap anymore - you know at the new higher prices I just
wouldn't have been able to justify taking that much money from the family pot. I did mine out of a lifelong interest in literature
even so it was something that needed staying power (importantly it didn't require you be formally educated though) and a
little dedication - as I am sure your daughter will know.

There are so many many different reasons for people to take the step into the OU - I just want them to realise that now is the
to do it.

Hey I was talking to someone about you today (JB) I was in Preston anyway and popped up to meet him - what a coincidence.
