I hope I'm excused for reviving an old thread but I have had to replace the drive batteries in the Sea Helper and thought someone might like to see how she's faired over the last two and a half years.
She has become the "go to" boat when nothing else is charged, broken or stuck in the middle, also she has been found perfect for pushing in the 26cc boats when they stall or flip and is also the boat I use when someone says you cant take a boat there :).
At our local spot there is a polypipe about an inch below the water and my favourite trick is to nudge her up to it and hit the turbo or dual rate switch and she will push herself up the side of the pipe and out of the water before landing on the other side with an awesome splash.
Anyway over the last few months the old Itellect batteries have been dropping off to the point where run times are only about 15 mins instead of the usual 1 hour so I have popped them out, popped in some new ones and took some pics for you all.
old and new batteries.
