It won't be able to drain away either  ??

I was looking at it and wondering if a completely sealed deck was the way to go?
All access being under the superstructure - not impossible but awkward maybe?

...Hi Guys...

I wasn,t planning on getting any water on the deck to have drainage problems with...

The aft work or towing deck of most of my model tugs is pretty close to the water and i have never had any problems with water getting on board...

Another way of deflecting water from the deck is to fit an inverted V belt as a rubbing strake...This deflects any splashing water away from the side of the tug...

Hi Norry

Have you given building the Chief any more thought?
