Hi Guys, I came across this wood glue which I think is totally excellent stuff and it seems to stick almost everything to anything and is completely waterproof after curing.   

It's called D4 Wood Bond and the spec is :

D4 wood adhesive based upon the latest hybrid resin technology. Can be used internally or externally, gives a high strength, totally waterproof, impact and temperature resistant bond that is usually stronger than the wood itself. Ideal for wood working, joinery and commercial assembly work. Dries clear. Easy water clean up. Sets in ten minutes.

That's a new one worth consideration - I'll be checking that out when I get a chance - a quick Google shows plenty suppliers

D4 is just a specification of water resistance, a lot of PVA is only D3 , our aliphatic and pva is D4 water proof , the adhesives are all still different in formula, set time , sandability gap fill etc

I use your Aliphatic - good stuff, and that Easydope you sold me worked great as well.

Are you saying your Aliphatic is a better option than D4 Wood Bond?
