OTW Hecht.

Is ther any owner of a otw hecht,sub who can give me an objective view
on this particular kit.
Any info greatfully recieved.

All OTW kits are very high quality, and you'll get excellent service from Bob Dimmack.

The Hecht is a very rare sight, I've never seen one running over here, but there are working versions out there. Interesting point is it's the only midget sub I know of with forward hydroplanes.

The kit itself will be cast in polyester GRP, with PU resin control surfaces. Propellers and other metal details will be investment cast Prop shop items.

Don't know if Bob does a specific dive module for this boat. The original boats were dynamic divers, so you could make something up yourself from PVC or acrylic tubing.
