Ships Within Pc games
« on: March 29, 2012, 10:16:37 am »

Ive recently been playing battlestations midway and Battlestations pacific on the pc  O0
both follow the war in the pacific from a naval point of view and seem to be Very accurate
Subs, destroyers, crusiers, carriers, battleships aircraft are all controlable and historically accurate
in terms of firepower, armour, speed, agility ( or lack there of )
everything from tiny PT boats...to the giants of the WW2 era seas like the Iowa, Yamato, Enterprise and more
but this got me thinking...
many games have warships represented within them
Suppreme commander for instance provides 37 different naval warships some of them would look pretty awesome as a model
same with a few other games i play ( or have played )
does anyone else enjoy seeing ships in games ? or even playing ship simulators ?

Hi All
I play ship simulator extremes quite alot the ships are well detailed. I also record the engine and radio sounds from the game onto a MP3 player to use in my model boats. There are cargo, ferry, fishing, tug, cruise and pilot ships in the game.
