Weathering below waterline...
« on: April 08, 2012, 09:48:32 am »

I want to try to age my latest tug, including below the waterline, where i know boats do get into an awful mess. My problem is I am not sure how to go about it. I do recall seeing on here somewhere some superb photographs of a drifter that had been weathered down below, but cannot find them now and can't remember who built it.

Any ideas will be welcome and any photos of such models much appreciated.

You will have to register to see the pretty pictures (free), and this is submarines not skimmers, but same principles, and I think you'll pick up some useful tips from this thread-
