trouble adding a photo

I can't seem to add a photo to my post. It keeps coming up as invalid file. Has anyone else had the same problem?

Ali,

Check that your photo extension, is in one of the accepted formats for example    .jpg,   .txt   .doc  .gif    and not .bitmap

all the images I've been trying to upload are JPEG format. I'll try a PNG and see what happens, somehow think it won't work.

It's possible that your camera may be including some non standard header information in the file. Try resizing the image first.

As far as I know nothing has changed since the last time I successfully uploaded some photos. I have tried resizing and converting to a PNG. It took three passes then decided not to play. I'll keep trying.  Thanks guys.

My turn?

Is it "Gray Lady Down"  {-) {-) {-) {-)

I've done this myself in the Name the Ship thread but both times managed to correct the photo name before anyone noticed.

Me too, again.  Camera is doing the same as it's always done. The file type hasn't changed. I'm doing nothing different either. It just works when it feels like it.

Hello folks, if your using imageorg.com then sorry to say it isn't anything new, it's been a pain in the proverbial to me and others for a while now, glad to say though it's none of Martins' doing!  O0

Sorry, yes, please use additional options and attach your resized photo file.... Imagephoto.org is a bit unreliable for the last month but actuality seems to be working at the moment!
