Morecambe Bay Tide Timelapse
« on: April 12, 2012, 04:59:51 pm »

We happened to be down on the beach as the tide came in today. So I took a poor picture every minute on my phone and strung them together:

I think I should take the proper camera and tripod down one day. This wasn't the best tide I've ever seen but it's still awe inspiring to try and get your head round just how much water is moving around.

Just shows what the sea can do and does do.
I think this sort of timelapse tide video should
be on the 'Call the Coastguard' adverts we get
on TV.
