Newbie, Joysway mini footy Caribbean
« on: May 05, 2012, 05:37:20 pm »

Hi, just taken the plunge into miniature R/C sailing from full size dinghy, hope it's less wet and cold! Any hints and tips on handling this fine new vessel?

Hi Ian,

If you like sailing this midget, you'll like larger RC sailboats even better, as they sail more like the real thing.

Have fun!

Regards, Jan.

ive bumped this up as i bought one on holiday to play with last week, unfortunately it didnt come out of the box in essex but i tried it today, very light breeze and a good ripple on the water at portishead, must admit i was impressed for such a compact small model.did everything it says on the tin and think it is a bargain for a learner like myself.
even my other half had a go and managed a few circuits. :-))  her first attempt at rc in any shape or form
