Yup, it does make me think.

She's obviously from an ad agency. With those shoes, probably Wieden & Kennedy.

What percentage did she negotiate of the increased income as a result of her creative input?

I think what even spurred passers-by generosity was the fact that it obviously wasn't such a "beautiful day" at all according to common notion.
You can see the wet pavement and people wearing thick garment and scarves. So I would take it for a rather chilly, wettish, maybe "lousy" November day.

I found this clip and I remembered my late dad and thought I might share with rest.
Some will probably be annoyed but rest will understand:

Hi sjoormen,

your posted video clip somewhat reminds me a little bit of, albeit under inverted signs, this slogan we once had overhere

which could be translated as, Be kind to your children for they will choose your retirement home.

That reminds me: we have saying here You make your parents to the door, your children will make you trough the door.
I remember my mother said (it is hard to translate- especialy with my English) parent's love to children is totally different than child's to parent's.
