Tempted to get Model slipway Sentinel

One of these models  ready built is available  wondering what the pros and cons of it are seems as if there is a stability    problem for some .Appreciate any  opinions thanks

I had no stability problems with mine, but I did replace some of the white metal fittings with wood particularly those at the top of the mast.
