WELL SAID GO INTO THE STREET TO DAY AND ASK PEOPLE WHAT TO DAY IS AND THE ANSWER WILL BE WEDNSDAY
There are good reasons for that 1 being the standard of teaching
A few years back I went into a school and the history class were doing a project on WW2.
On the wall was.........
The three main planes used during the battle of Britain was the Spitfire, Hurricane and Luftwaffe.
D-day was the day the people went to France in small boats for the day
Oh!! and my favourite bit Hitler was a Jew
If that is what is being taught what chance do we have for the future!!
I got into trouble for changing some items......ok ALL and putting a large F for the teacher.
People need to remember what happened for 2 reasons...
1 to show what it costs for freedom and the other to ensure it never happens again
In Scotland the kids have just finished their exams, I think about now everyone aged 16 should go over to France, belgium and holland
As part of the school ciriculum before they are allowed to leave school into the world.
To see these grave sites to make them appreciate what it is we are talking about, the pictures and books go so far but
To actually see it in person then they will understand it better and even your biggest ned/yob will be struck
By what they see.
