hi, what type of paint would you use for keel and hull for clyde puffer. colour ect.john.

hi, do you varnish over the top of the red oxide, cheers john.

no need to at all BUT if you decide to do so then a satin varnish would surfice

I have always understud that primer is not waterproof.  Halfords isn't.

NO primer is Waterproof but as it will probably be a plastic or Grp hull then being waterproof or not it wont make an iota of a difference
