identify tug

hello  all new on here  has anyone  any info on this tug and what sort of cabin  should i make  thanks  pad

update on the tug

after  stripping the inside  ,decided to reseal and clean it up a little(its amasing what little bugs you find.lol  resprayed outer(bottom hull).removed prop/shaft was rusted .now regreased..started makeing new (wooden) super structure pure guess work working of other ppls pics etc  :-) thanks jason for your intrest :-)) ps ive got the rust of the little engin  seams to still work :-))
