Look down at the bottom left corner of the text window when you reply or start a thread, and
there is a drop down menu that says
Additional Options.
Click on that, and you can then select a photo from your hard drive to upload to your post.
The image file size is limited, but most photos 800 pixels wide or less will upload with no problems.
