IOM mast positions.

Hi guys do any of you IOM sailors know what the measurement from the transom to the measuring band
on the mast is for No,s 1,2,3. sails?
Or tell me the correct way of marking their positions.
Also is the measurement center of the mast at the mast box?
My yacht is a Cockatto Mk 1 with a slotted mast box
