Layed up the 1st hull yesterday with full layup and carbonfibre should be ready in a couple of days to pop out and see how it looks
Between me and a buddy of mine we got enough stuff to get it running the weekend if alls well and be able to test it and get some vids of it running
couple of pics

Pic of hatch out the mould,i used old catalyst by mistake so didnt go off properly
Dont worry i chucked it when i realised so i didnt use it for laying up the hull ;)
But this is how it came out of the mould

Very very good looking boat. O0

Its been very good watching this come from a bit of wood to good wood to plug then to mould then finaly a brilliant looking boat.

definitely looks like a professional  factory boat

I do like seeing builds like this, it makes us all want to start planning our own boats with that little bit of difference.
But we can only dream i suppose.

Very well down...now waiting for the vid of it running on the water

phill....... :-))

Well guys here it is all finished and ready to go
Couple of areas not happy with but the hull is nice and strong yet seems a nice weight with everything in
Not my ususal style but thought id throw some vinyl on that i got left over from other projects just to give abit off a look but overall for a 1st looks pretty good

Just charging the batts then off for a maiden run

Lovely job Darren, well done!
How long is the run time on full batteries?
Be nice to have a close up look, if you can get to Telford  :-))

Cheers

Can only agree with Danny, nice one Daz, however that lake would look much better with a load of boats racing on it !  :}

Scoop unfortunetly its a pool that can only be used for FE and me and my bud have permmision to run on it,we did ask but the owner insists only me and my mate mike to run on
