Here is what I found,
I have not verified this guys statements, but it seems accurate.
http://www.scribd.com/doc/75867108/98/Stern
To summarize: "The kit plastic would not do, so I bought Raboesch brass props: 20mm (3/4" or .79") A-type, Left and Right.
These are excellent quality - highly recommended for any naval project. The more exact scale would be 22mm, but is not made."
Peace,
Tom

Thanks guys.

I recently came across the G-Factor scale brass props for scale models. They have a set for the Revell Type VII.

Does anyone here have experience with them? Can they be used for RC or are they solely meant for static use?

They look like static 'detailing' props, I'm getting the Raboesch ones for mine :-))  but I'll get them from Caswell so they fit my prop-shafts which are 1/8"

On my Revell Gato, I have a set of Caswell white metal, G-Factor, and Raboesch. The g-factor looked like the models plastic prop recast. The Raboesch were more like the Caswell ones in size. I put the Raboesch on and they have been great. What are the mm size of the G-Factor?
