First run of my new Hornet
« on: August 12, 2012, 01:08:38 pm »

This was the first run, went very well until the exhaust fell off. Next run was faster, and went very well until the carb fell off {-)

It's one of only 4 in the world, and I know where all of them are, so good luck {-)

If you can get your hands on an Eagle SG though, that is the boat that was based on the Hornet :-))

 {-)

Pipes fall off, they're held on by silicon, it happens. Carbs fall off too, and it was only because the bottom bolt wasn't done up enough.

I think you might just have that back to front Andy ;)
Not taking anything away from it. It's a very nice rigger.
Apart from the ages of the respective designs, I very much doubt that Andy Brown has ever seen a Hornet.
