Try Macs moldings, I know he does seagulls but I don,t know about 1/24 th scale.

Seagulls are very easy to make yourself, I make mine out of Milliput but a craft type air dried clay would do just as well.... Greater Black Backed gull pinching Milliput fish below and like yours, this is 1:24 scale.   :-)

Actually, same goes for crew come to that, mine have been transferred of late from the Railway to Ship duties  {-)

A lot of seaside souvenir shops sell this sort of thing, I bought a handful in a little shop in Rye (East Sussex), must have been about a dozen or more, for a fiver...my Dawn Treader had a couple of them here and there. All sorts, all sizes and all sorts of species.
