HMS Illustrious

This model was built by Terry Gledson of TMBC. At around 6' long she is probably built at 1:120. Very stable and looks good on the water.

I'll try, but it may take a little while.

Apparently it was built on an early Sirmar hull at around 1:144 scale. Terry only had the hull and the rest is "scratch" and built from photos etc. of the time. Getting info from Terry is like drawing hens teeth...but I shall persevere.
