Yes, Rayna...............an easy one this if you follow the following steps.........
Rope has a twist to it, and is usually a "right hand" twist.......meaning that if you put it on to the boat the wrong way it will twist all over............start at the stern, port side and work forward, and then as you do the starboard side, start from the bow and work towards the stern (basically in a clockwise movement, the same way as the twist of the rope goes)....then if you want to hold the rope in a nice loop, use some bees wax or similar to impregnate and hold it in that position ( best to melt it a little first and apply between fingers.
