surface drive turning left

hi all
 is it possable to get a surface drive boat to turn left & right to allow them to run a M shape course. as most see, to have the rudder mounted to one side

yes it is they will allways turn better right than left but some do race on m shaped courses i believe.turn fins and tabs will help.my boat now turns well both ways but allways better right than left.you could also run double rudders but this will slow you down a tad too .

Here in Sweden the offshore guys still run the "M" course except for the WC qualifiers. Whilst a few run double rudders, most do not bother. The "M" is run clockwise (opposite to the FSR-V boats) so there is one slow left per lap.
